Whodat Sierra Moon

Sierra is a 1986 daughter of Whodat Mouse.  She is a point earner in  3 NFQHA events, IBHA dun factor, and has 2 Grands and 2 Reserves in IBHA halter.  Her latest foals include a 2005 bay gelding by RS Pine Oil Slick and more recently, a 2007 red dun filly by Daddy Big Step.  Sierra has been a long time favorite of ours.  We have retired her from the broodmare band and now enjoy her as as a trail horse.

Misty is a 1996 bay mare by legendary stallion, Lenas Sugarman and out of a granddaughter of Docs Sugs Brudder.  Misty came to us from Minnesota and was trained in reining but never shown.  She has been a great broodmare for us.  She had an awesome black filly by RS Pine Oil Slick in 2007 and will be bred to Whodat Mouse in 2008.

"Skeeter" is a 1997 red dun daugher of champion sire Master Cowboy Jac, and out of a daughter of Sail Win Sam (by Topsail Cody).  She is an AQHA reining point earner and was Wisconsin State Fair Reserve Champion reining horse as a 3 year old.  Thanks to Dottie and Duane Packard of Yoder, WY for making it possible to acquire such a nicely bred mare!  Skeeter will be bred to Definitly A Dunit, son of Hollywood Dun It, in 2008.

Lena is a 2001 sorrel mare that came to us from the Gerwitz ranch in Portland, Tenn.  She is sired by Tinhorn Doc, an own son of Poco Tivio.  Her dam is Chi Chex Doc, an own daughter of Dry Doc X daughter of King Fritz.  She has some of the BEST old cowhorse bloodlines very close up in her pedigree!  Lena has produced two outstanding bay colts by RS Pine Oil Slick.

Shasta is a 1994 bay mare by Docs Bonita Boy (by Gay Doc) and out of our own Whodat Sierra Moon (by Whodat Mouse).  Shasta was the first foal I raised out of Sierra, she was sold twice and has since made a full circle back to me!  She has put on alot of trail miles, has done a load of team penning, and popped out a bunch of foals over the years since I first had her.   I have plans on making her my new #1 riding mare, but also plan on breeding her to RS Pine Oil Slick in the future.  Thanks to Scott Hilbert of Abbottstown, Pa.  for selling this great mare back to me!

Susey is a 1998 cremello mare by Crockers Rawhide (by Zans Rawhide) and out of a granddaughter of Watch Joe Jack.  Susey came to us from Missouri and has produced 3 fillies for us so far.  We gave her a year off and will be bred to Whodat Mouse in 2008.  Susey is a very quiet mare and not only is a double dilute, but she also carries the grey gene that she got from her dam.  Her foals have been extremely quiet, extremely friendly and awesome movers!
